Customer Responsibilities

Rent or Lease Requirements:

  • Proof of property insurance that meets our requirements or Rental Equipment Protection coverage.
  • Proof of liability insurance coverage.
  • Service and maintain the machinery as needed.
  • Provide all necessary wearable supplies such as fuel, oil, filters, and ground engaging tools (e.g., cutting edges, teeth, tips, bits, blades, consumables).
  • Return the machine with a full tank of fuel. (A fuel charge will apply if the machine is not returned full.)
  • Clean the machine before returning it. (A cleaning charge will apply if the machine is returned dirty.)
  • Take responsibility for repairing or replacing any damages incurred to the machine, including glass. (Charges will apply for any and all damage.)
  • Charges will apply for abnormal tire wear, including cuts, punctures, and abrasions.
  • Charges will apply for any accessories that are not returned.
  • Charges will apply for equipment returned beyond the specified rental period or for any hours of use exceeding the allotted time for the rental period.
  • The rental customer is responsible for delivery charges.
  • Rates do not include applicable sales tax or insurance coverage.
  • Additional charges may apply if the machine is exposed to severe applications or materials.
  • The rental customer is responsible for handling the exposure to and decontamination of hazardous materials and substances. We must be informed of any such use before the rental begins.
  • The rented unit may not be assigned, operated, or utilized by any party other than the customer listed on the rental agreement.
